This golden rule is a quintessential social strategy for human survival, flourishing and for the prevention of abuse of both kinds: psychological and existential.

With the successful establishment of the Royal Commission into Child Abuse the precedent has now been set for an overdue look at the abuse of Vietnam Veterans in Australia.

Why? Because abuse is abuse.

It’s time. To look. To fix. To heal.

Australia has now begun to celebrate the Centenary of ANZAC. The time has come to right a shameful national wrong and to attempt to heal the wounds caused by post-traumatic stress and the casualties of social marginalisation.

We need to establish a Royal Commission into Governmental and Institutional Responses to the Abuse of Vietnam Veterans in Australia.
